Where is my Management console in Exchange 2013

In the new version of Exchange 2013 the Management Console is now “missing” if you try to find it in your start menu.
It has now been fully replaced by the “Exchange Admin Center” which you can access normally on your Exchange box with https://servername/ecp
To get the full URL you can type the following in Powershell
As a quick glance at what they have done with it I think this will work for the better since the day2day tasks have moved to the top and other that doesn’t need much attention has been moved down or even removed to use PowerShell instead.

Will for sure get back to this later on with more information since Exchange and e-mail is a vital part of any organization today.
